Given the rich tapestry of French-speaking countries, diverse culinary traditions flourish. Here's a mouthwatering glimpse into their unique gastronomy. First, with its vibrant cuisine, Senegal can boast about the Thieboudienne which is a dish revered by the Senegalese and considered as a national treasure. Its aroma of fish, fragrant spices and tangy tomatoes fills the air of the bustling streets of Dakar, the Senegalese capital city, while locals and visitors gather to savour this delight. Then, in the heart of Canada's Quebec province, you can taste poutine. This famous dish has become a beloved comfort food with its crispy fries, its cheese curd, and its delicious gravy which captivate taste buds around the globe. Finally, let's shift our attention to our final destination: Lebanon. Mujaddara has become the traditional Lebanese family dish, blending French influences with local ingredients such as caramelised onions, cumin and cinnamon with (some) rice and (some) lentils.
